These certifications have deepened my knowledge, allowing me to elevate the coffee experience for every guest.
With years as a coffee shop owner in Greece and 15 years in New York’s hospitality industry, my career has been a blend of enriching roles. I spent 6 years as a barista at the renowned AVRA Madison Estiatorio, a Greek seafood restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, and 2years at the Terrace and Outdoor Garden in the EDITION Hotel, Times Square.
I also managed and served as a barista at MIKEL Coffee, New York’s first Greek coffee franchise, as well as many other independent coffee shops in the city.
This extensive experience has not only refined my skills but deepened my love for creating memorable coffee moments and my passion extends beyond serving beverages it’s about crafting an experience.
